India vice-captain Rohit Sharma showed his brilliance on the field to grab a sensat♍ional catch at the bou💃ndary during the first T20I against New Zealand at Eden Park on Friday.
After put in to bat, the Black Caps ൲openers Martin Guptill and Colin Munro gave their side a flying start.
Guptill, who had smashed 30 off 19 balls, tried to hit Shivam Dube for a maximum in the eighth over. But his ef꧟fort was cut short by Rohit, who was fielding near the deep square leg boundary.
Rohit kept his eyes on the ball, timed his jump perfectly; he even stumbled backward after completing the catch but didn’t panic. After lobbing the ball in the air, the 32-year-old settled himself, ran back inside the field to take the rebound.
