Australia spinner Adam Zampa continued his excelle🦹nt record against Virat Kohli as he dismissed the India skipper once again during the first O𒅌DI of the three-match series at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday.
Tuesday night’s packed crowd erupted when in the 32nd over of the Indian innings Kohli – demoted to No.4 as India crammed three specialist openers above him – rocked a Zampa short ball into the stands at the tiny Wankhede Stadium.
But Kohli was gone for 16 the 𓂃very next ball as he drove a floated delivery straight back to the free-spirited bowler.
This was the fourth time that Zampa has dismissed Kohli in ODIs, which is joi💯nt-most for a spinner against the India captain. The other two spinners to dismiss Kohli four times in 50-over format are Graeme Swann and Suraj Randiv.
