Before the start of the match, Lynn pl𒅌edged support for victims of bushfires ragging around Australia and decided to donate 250 Australian dollars.

In the match, Heat scored 212-3 in their allotted 20 overs. Chasing the gigantic score was always tricky, and Hurricanes felt the pressure as well. No ba💎tsmen were able to score big,꧃ and Hurricanes could only post 181-9 and lost the game by 31 runs.
