There is quite a bit of time left for the start of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, but the banter has already hit the streets with official handles of the teams taking digs and throwing witty remarks at each other. The latest in the battle are Rajasthan Royals and Sunris✃ers Hyderabad.
England’s speedster Jofra Archer in a recently concluded Test series between New Zealand and England bowled severe spells, which included some lethal bouncers that troubled the Kiwi batsmen, including their skipper Kane Williamson.
Archer’s IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals recently took to Twitter to roast Sunrisers Hyderabad by posting a picture of Archer’s bouncer at Williamson during the Hamilton Test. In the picture, the SRH captain can be seen ducking to the bouncer.
Royals captio🦩ned the pic as: Too close for comfort, Kaneﷺ?

However, the Sunrisers responded in an equally hilarious manner. They replied to Royals’ post with a cheeky caption: “Bend it like B̶e̶c̶k̶h̶a̶m̶ Kane”
