The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction started for the 2020 season in Kolkata, and the first player who came out was Australia’s power-hitter Chris Lynn. It was expected that the Aussie would attract some bug bid in the auction; however, it didn’t happen as he was bought by Mumbai Indians (MI) at a base price of 2 crores.
Lynn was a part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) sꦰquad in the last season befor💦e they released him. He amassed 405 runs in 13 matches at a strike-rate of 139.65. Overall, Lynn has scored 1280 runs in 41 games, with 93 being his best.
