On Friday, Sri Lanka announced its 16-member squad for the upcoming Test series in Pakistan. The Dimuth Ka♎runꦯaratne led Lankan team will leave for Pakistan on December 8.
Dinesh Chandimal has been called up🐬 for the seri﷽es against the Men in Green.
Kasun Rajitha has replaced Akila Dhananjay, who was suspended from bowling in international cricket for 12 months due to ille♔gal action.
The first match will be played at th🦄e Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from December 11, and the final Test wil🐬l take place at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi from December 19.
After the announcement of the Sri Lankan squad, former cricketer-turned-commentator Russell Arnold took a cheeky dig at the selectors. In his Twitter post, Russell wrote: “Surprised that SL have picked a full-strength team for the upcoming Tests. I mean after the T20’s 🤷♂️🤷♂️”
