India talisman Virat Kohli turned 31 on Tuesday (November 5). He spent his birthday up in the mountains of Bhutan with actress-wife Anushka Sharma. The couple who o🐓ften make time from their busy schedules to travel to♌gether are once again off trekking.
Kohli, who made his international in August 2008, has gone on to earn nothing sho🍌rt of legendary status in the game, having surpassed many a record and on-course to set plenty more as he enters what should be the peak of his career.
Under his captaincy, India recently registered 11 consecutive Test series wins – the joint-most by a team in history, equaling the previous record set by Australia.
On Kohli’s birthday, former and current India cricketers took to Twitter to pour wishes for the Delhi-born batsman.
Penning a wish for Kohli, cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar wrote, “Continue scoring runs and leading India with the same passion! All the best.”
Wishing you a very happy birthday Virat! Continue scoring runs and leadi♔ng India with the s﷽ame passion! All the best.
