17-year-old Y🍌ashasvi Jaiswal registered his name into the record books by smashing a 149-ball double hundred against Jharkhand in the Vijay Hazare Trophy fixture on Wednesday. He became the youngest double centurion in List A cricket.
Th🧸e Mumbai batsman, who made his List A debut in the ongoing 2019-20 season, has been in fine form. Prior to this match in Bengaluru, he had scored two c﷽enturies against Goa and Kerala.
The left-hander smashed 17 fours and 12 sixes during his scintillating knock. He was eventually caught by Rahul Shukla off Vivek Tiwari for 203 (154) in the last over of Mumbai’s innings.
Jaiswal’s knock left Twitterati in awe. The netizens couldn’t stop heaping praises and appreciation on the teenager.
