The play was stopped due to bad light on Day 1 of the first Test between India and South Africa at Visakhapatnam. The new opening pair, Rohit Sharma and Mayank Agrawal, took India to 202/0 at Tea.
Rohit smashed his fourth Test century, becoming the first Indian batsman to score a century across all formats, as an o🎐pener. The whole Indian dressing room gave a standing ovation and applauded Rohit for his fantastic innings.
Before the play was called off, Rohit was b🦩atting at 115 off 174 balls with Mayank Agarwal holding the o꧑ther end at 84 off 183 balls.
