Maxwell went on to score a 35-ball 51, but WA thrashed Victoria by 125 runs to start their 2019 Marsh Cup campaign on a thumping note. A 58-ball ton from Marcus Stoinis helped WA post a massive total of 3𝕴86 for 8.
Victoria, in reply, never looked in contention despite the half-centu💙ries from Maxwell and Maddinson. They were eventually bundled out for 261 iꦕn 39.2 overs.
