On Sunday, Afghanistan defeated Bangladesh by 25 runs in the 3rd🔯 T2ཧ0I match of the three-nation series at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. Winning both their opening games, Afghanistan are at the top of the Points Table with 8 points.
Afghanistan created a new world record as they registered their 12th consecutive win in T20Is. They also held the earlier record (11 consecutive𓆏 wins) f🐲rom March 2016 to March 2017.
Batting first, Afghanistan scored a total of 164/6 in their quota of 20 overs. Mohammad Nabi played a brilliant knock of unbeaten 84 runs off 54 ba💙lls, hitting 3 fou💧rs and 7 sixes.
While chasing, Bangladesh lost both their opening batsman at the score of 11. Mahmudullah (44) and Sabbirꦺ Rahman (24) held the innings during the middle, but the team gꦺot all-out for 139, losing by 25 runs.
For Afghanistan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman was the star bowler picking up four wickets while Gulbadin Naib, Rashid Khan, and Fare꧟ed Malik dismissed two batsmen each.
