On Sunday, Afghanistan defeated Bangladesh by 25 runs in the 3rd T20I match of the three-nation series at Shere Bang🐻la National Stadℱium, Dhaka. Winning both their opening games, Afghanistan are at the top of the Points Table with 8 points.
Afghanistan created a new world record as they registered their 12th consecutive win in T20Is. They also held the e♍arlier record (11 c🎃onsecutive wins) from March 2016 to March 2017.
Batting first, Afghanistan scored a total of 164/6 in their quota of 20 overs. Mohammad Nabi played a brilliant knoc🌌k o🦋f unbeaten 84 runs off 54 balls, hitting 3 fours and 7 sixes.
While chasing, Bangladesh lost both their opening batsman at the score of 11. Mahmudul💃lah (44) and Sabbir Rahman (24) held the innings during the middle, but the team got all-out for 139, losing by 25 runs.
