On Wednesday, India defeated West Indies by six wickets in the final ODI of the three-match series at Queen’s Park Oval. Indian skipper Virat Kohli smashed his 43rd ODI century, taking the Men in Blue to the finish line.
India’s current number 4 batsman, Rishabh Pant disappointed his fans once again. Pant came out to bat after the dismissal of Shikhar Dhawan in the 13th over of India’s inning (91/2).
Facing the very first delivery, Pant went down the pitch for a big hit but found himself nowhere near the bowl, giving an easy cat🧔ch to Keemo Paul standing at mid-off.
Harsha Bhogle, the popular Indian cricket commentator and journalist, was not at all impressed with Pant’s shot selection. He had a clear message for the youngster, tweeting, “This is a shot that Rishabh Pant will want to forget but shouldn’t. It should remind him of how much ability he is wasting.
