South Africa star Hashim Amla announced his retirement from international cricket on Thursday, bringing a close to one of the greate෴st batsmen of the modern era.
He will continue to be available for domestic cricket as well as♕ the Mzansi Super League (MS𒁃L).
Amla’s retirement is the second major blow to the Proteas this week, following Dale Steyn’s retirement from Test cricket.
The 36-year-old a🍌massed 9𝕴,282 runs at an average of 46.64 in 124 Test matches and 8,113 at 49.46 in 181 ODIs.
He slammed 28 centuries in Tests and 2🐻7 in ODIs. His Test tally included four double centuries.
