Former skipper Angelo Mathews scored 87 runs off 90 balls, guiding the side to 294-8 before Dasun Shanaka backed his 30 off 14 wit🍌h three wickets for 27 runs t🉐o complete the route.
Soumya Sarkar hit the only half-century for Bangladesh, 69 off 86 balls, but it gave no trouble to the hosts as the visitors were bundled out for a mere 1𝓰72.
Kasun Rajitha (2-1꧙7) and Lahiru Kumara (2-26) supported Shanaka with the b♎all to complete the victory in 36 overs.
