India continues their unbeaten run in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 with a 125-run victory over the West Indies at Old Trafford in Manchester on 🌜Thursday.
Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni slammed respective half-centuries to take India’s score to 268/7 in 50 overs. Windies were blown away by the pace and swing of Mohammed Shami who ended the match with four wickets.
Jas♚prit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal scalped two wickets each while Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav🐼 ended with one wicket each.
Kohli named ‘Man of the Match’
Virat Kohli was named the Man of the Match for his excellent innings of 72. During the post-match presentation ceremony, the Indian skipper said that he is happy with the performance of his team. He also lauded the performance💝s of Pandya and Dhoni, who fired them to 268 after a middle-order collapse.
