Pakistan wicketkeeper and captain Sarfaraz Ahmed took a “superb” diving catch to remove New Zealand’s top-order batsman Ross Taylor in their World Cup match in Birmingham on Wednesday.
It all happened in the ninth over of the match, Taylor got a thick edge of Shaheen Afridi’s full-length delivery and Sarfaraz threw himself to his right, flying like a ‘Superman’. The 32-year-old wicket-keeper plucked the ball to give Afridi his second wicket.

Later, Sarfaraz hit the winning runs of the match, as he finished off t𓂃he innings with ꦑa boundary, as Pakistan chased down the 238 run target with five balls to spare.
