Indian wicket-keeper MS Dhoni took a stunn🥀ing one-handed flying catch in the World Cup 2019 league match againstꦦ West Indies on Thursday.
In the 27th over of the Windies chase, Jasprit Bumrah bowled a back of a length delivery coming into the all-rounder Carlos Braithwaite before straightening. The batsman closed the face of his willow into the leg-side and therefore the outside edge flew to the right of Dhoni, who like Brathwaite was going with the angle and was left wrong-footed. But MSD 🅠adjusted quickly to dive to his right and grabbed the ball with one-hand.
India vice-captain Rohit Sharma was awestruck by Dhoni’s amazing dive as his reaction after the catch said it all.
Dhoni's diving catch in the game yesterday has been voted the Play of the Day!
