Indian opener Rohit Shar⛎ma continued his dream run in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 with a 113-ball 140 against arch-rivals Pakistan in their highly-anticipated clash at the Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday.
Rohit has now become the second Indian after Virat Kohli to score a hundred against Pakistan in a World Cup match. Overall, this was Rohit’s 24th ODI century and third in the World Cups.
His hundred (85 balls) in Manchester is also the third fastest by an Indian against Pakist𒊎an in ODI cricket.
Virender Sehwag, with his 80-ball hundred at the National Stad🔯ium in Karachi in 2008, holds the record and he is also on the second spot (84-ball hundred in Kochi in 2005).
