West Indian cricket legend💦 Brian Lara was on Tuesday admitted to Global Hospital in Parel, Mumbai after he complained of chest pain.
Lara🌟 is currently in India as a cricket expert for the official broadcasters of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, which is being held in England and Wales.

“Our prayers go out to Brian Lara, who has been hospitalized in Mumbai due to chest pains,” said a statement on Twitter from Cricket West Indies.
“On behalf of all of us at Cricket West Indies, we wish you a speedy recovery.”

In total, Lara has played 131 Tests and 299 ODIs since making his debut in 1990. He had announced his retirement in 2007. In 131 Tests for the West Indies, Lara averages 52.89 and has scored 11,953 runs. In 299 ODIs, he has 10,405 runs to his name at ♏an average of 40.17.
Lara also holds the reﷺcord for the highest first-class score (501 not out) and the highest individual Test score (400 not out).
