After a successful debut season, where six teams participated and the Sܫuryakumar Yadav-led Triumph Knights Mumbai North East emerged as champions, the second season of T20 Mumbai League will have two additional teams. It will run from May 14-26, with a total of 23 matches being played at the i🔯conic Wankhede Stadium.
The teams that will participate this year are: Triumph Knight🔯s Mumbai North East, Aakash Tigers Mumbai Western Suburbs,🍸 Eagle Thane Strikers, North Mumbai Panthers, SoBo SuperSonics, Shivaji Park Lions, NaMo Bandra Blasters and ARCS Andheri.
The opening day will witness newcomers Aakash Tigers MWS take on defending champions Triump�🔴�h Knights MNE. That match will be followed by a clash between ARCS Andheri and SoBo Supersonics.
Model, actress and TV presenter Karishma Kotak will 𓂃be hosting the tournament once again. She also anchor✱ed the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2013.
Karishma was alongside Rochelle Rao that year and the stunning London born Indian origin has left a certain spell💫 that has left the♒ fans wanting more. The diva has featured in the Kingfisher Calendar in the 2006 edition.
The 36-year-old diva has hosted cricket tournaments like Karnataka Premier League (KPL) 2016, Asian Premier League (APL) 2017 anꦍd the Ice Cricket 2018 as well.
