On Thursday, ‘Mr 360’ AB de Villiers played a fantastic knock (unbeaten 70 runs in 41 balls) against Mumbai Indians. But his effort went in vain as RCB fell short by 🦹6 runs while chasing the total of 187 runs.
It was the first match in IPL history during which AB de Villiers remained unbeaten in an unsucc🐻essful 𒆙chase. During the game, he did complete his 4000 runs in 🧸IPL, 3rd overseas batsman to re🍷ach that milestone.
The match also drew a lot of criticism as the on-field umpire failed to call a no-ball off Lasith Malinga on the last ball. The RCB franchise is still looking for their first win of the season. They would take on Sunriser🔴s Hyderabad for their next game at Rajiv Gandhi Int🎃ernational Stadium in Hyderabad on 31st March.
Meanwh𒁃ile, AB de Villiers posted a funny video on his Instagram handler shot by Indian skipper Virat Kohli during an ad shoot. While showing some kind of kung-fu skills, AB de Villiers lost his shoe which left King Kohli in a burst of laughter.
