One of t🍸he cleanest strikers of the cricket ball, Yuvraj Singh again took♉ us down the memory lane as he smashed three consecutive sixes in Match 7 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).
The 37-year-old came into his own during the match between Ro𝕴yal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) an🌠d Mumbai Indians (MI) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Thursday.
Yuvi came to bat after Mohammed Siraj removed the MI skipper Rohit Sharma, who was looking ominous with a knock of 48 from 33 under his belt. T𓆉he southpaw ended up scoring 23 runs from 12 balls and his knock was laced with three sixes. And all of them came against wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who eventually finished with a four-wicket haul.
In the first ball of the 14th over, Chahal churned out a half-tracker and Yuvraj smacked it over deep mid-wicket. The leggie compensated and bowled a full-length ball, and the batter was up to the task. He sent the leather straight into the🅺 stands.
Next time, Yuzi bowled a wide delivery and Yuvi muscled the cherry down the ground over the long-off boundary. To everyone’s disappointment, he got out on the very next ball after entertaining one and all, going for an expansive shot down the ground.
