After Sℱri Lanka Cricket (SLC) granted Lasith Malinga permissi🐻on to feature in IPL 2019 on 26th March, the pacer finally arrived in Bengaluru on Wednesday. Malinga has been one of the most successful bowlers in IPL with a total of 154 wicke💧ts. Currently, he is also the ODI captain of the Sri Lankan cricket team.
SLC decided to give permission to Lasith Malinga to play in the ongoing IPL.The management decided to release Malinga from participatin♈g in the Super Provincial; since he would get an opportunity to play with much stronger opposition in IPL;which consist of international players

Earlier this week, Malinga was ruled out for the first 6 matches of the season due to clash with Super Provincial One-Day domestic tournament in Sri Lanka. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had 🌳to inter💛vene to get the fast-bowler released from participꩵating in the꧑ Super Provincial tournament.
Organized b🅷y SLC, the Super Provincial One-Day domestic tournament is scheduled from April 4th to April 11th with the primary focus on team selection for the ICC World Cup. SLC announced that players had to compete in the tournament to be eligible💮 for the World Cup team selection. But SLC agreed to make an exception for Malinga.
