One of the most iconic shots in modern-day cricket is played by former Indian skipper MS Dhoni. The “helicopter shot”, as it is called, is a bottom handed flick to a full-length delivery over mid-wicket, and it has been made famous by Dhoni.
Over the years, there have been many batsmen 𒐪who have tried to play the stroke and Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell 𒅌has once again tried to copy the Indian wicket-keeper batsman.
Maxwell, who has made quite a name for himself w🍸hen it comes to mimicking styles of cricketers, bore an uncanny resemblance to Dhoni while playing the stroke.
While imitating the shot, Maxwell 🔜also recalled the in𒐪cident when he dropped Dhoni before the big-hitter smashed James Faulkner for a six.
