Indian fast bowler Umesh Yadav had an awkward moment while delivering his first ball of the first innings d🐼uring Cricket Australia XI vs India practice match at the Sydne♛y Cricket Ground (SCG) on Thursday.
D’ Arcy Short was on strike to face the ball while 19-year-old Max Bryant was at the non-striker’s end.
Umesh started his run-up in order to get it right from the word ‘go’ and just when he was in his delivery stride and about to bowl the first ball, his back leg slipped.
With a lot of rain in Sydney on the first day of the match, the area near crease became wet and it could’ve cost Team India with one of their in-form fast bowlers. But Umesh didn’t sustain any kind of injury and continued bowling.
