Babar Azam scored his maiden hundred in the longest format on Day 2 of the second Test against New Zealand in Dubai. He was dismis🉐sed on 99 against Australia last month and had scored 92 and 62 in the ongಞoing series. However, Babar finally registered his first Test hundred on Sunday.
His 127 run knock against the Kiwis had taken him ahead of Indian skipper Vi꧒rat Kohli in terms o🐭f average this year. Kohli has an average of 59.05 while Azam averages 67.71 in 10 innings.
Babar was congratulated by the cricket fꦉraternity and fans on Twitter for his maiden Test centur💖y. But, there was one congratulatory tweet that did not sit well with the Pakistani middle-order batsman.
Anchor Zainab Abbas posted a tweet after Babar’s ton to commend him on his innings. She tried to pull his leg and called him Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur’s ‘son’.
“Well played Babar Azam – loved how the boys went congratulating Mickey Arthur celebrating his son’s century,” she wrote on Twitter.

Babar seemed quite upset with Zainab’s comment and therefore, slammed the anchor for crossing her limits.
“Think before u say something and don’t try to cross ur limits!!!,” the cricketer replied.
