During ꦉa 50 over match of the Quadrangular series played between South Africa and Australia A at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, the South African batsman Farhaan Behardien go🧔t run-out in an embarrassing manner.
In the 26th over of💞 the 2nd innings, Behardien missed a flick off Aston Agar and as the bowler was asking the umpire if it was out leg before wicket (lbw), the batsman decided to sneak in a run.
The ball had just gone straight to D’Arcy Short and unaware of it the Proteas started off for a single. Short threw the ball at the stumps and a direct hit caught Behardien well out of his crease.
It w🎃as one of the brain fade moments for a cricketer and certainly the sort of dismissal Behardien would want ൲to get over at the earliest.
He goꦕt out after 🍸scoring just 4 runs from 15 balls.
