During England’s 2nd innings in the Trent Bridge Test, Indian opener KL Rahul took a sharp catch of the hosts’ captain Joe Root – and celebrated by copying the ‘Dele Alli celebration’.
Rahul was fielding in the slip cordon when Root edged Jasprit Bumrah’s delivery and the 26 year old took a fine catch.
After completing the catch, Rahul celebrated with his own attempt at the ‘Dele Alli Challenge’.
He✨ then ran off across the Trent Bridge outfield and pulled out the new♓ craze which has taken the social media world by storm over recent weeks.
The move involves creating a circle with the index finger and thumb, placing it around one eye and resting the remaining fingers on the forehead – it’s harder than it looks.
