C🧸hennai Super Kings defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 wickets in Pune on Saturꦺday evening. CSK chased down the target of 128 runs with two overs to spare.
Earlier, CSK skipper MS Dhoni put Virat Kohli’s side into bat and restricted them to 127/9. Ravindra Jadeja scalped three wickets while Harbhajan Singh bagged a couple.
Later, CSK lost Shane Watson early in the chase but Ambati Rayudu and Suresh Raina kept them in the game in Pune. Dwa🐼yne Bravo eventually won the winning runs for ꦚthe side.
Meanwhile, a moment o𝓡f brilliance was provided to RCB by their speedster Tim Southee. The New Zealand star took a stu🐼nning juggling catch near the boundary ropes to get rid of Raina.
The southpaw carted a short ball towards long on. He could not hit the ball well but the ball looked set to clear the boundary ropes. However, Southee ♑had some other plans as he managed to take ꦐa stunner. He first took the catch then after seeing himself overbalancing, he threw the ball up and went out before coming back in to complete the catch.
