Ellyse Perry is one of the most recognizable players in women’s cricket but she remains as modest as ever about her achievements. She is the only player to top the ICC rankings for batter and all-rounders.
Perry has been the mainstay of the Australian women’s team for quite some time now. Also, she played a major role in Australia’s domination during their recent tour of India.
Australia Women toured India for an ODI series and a T20I tri-series, that involved England Women as the third participating team. As the results panned out, the Australian eves won the ODI series against Mithali Raj & Co. 3-0 and then went on to lift the Paytm T20I tri-series by defeating England in the finals.
India tour was a very s✃uccessful one for the Aussies and Ellyse Perry was one of the top performe🌳rs for her side.
Ahead of moving back home to Australia, Perry took to micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulateꦐ her team on their efforts. Also, she praised India for the lovely🔜 hospitality.
She even tweeted in Hindi, wherein she wrote, “Thank you India. Will meet again. Goodbye”.
