🌞India entered the final of the Nidahas Trophy 2018 after a 17-run win over Bangladesh on Wednesday.
Chasing 177 runs, Bangladesh fell short of the target as they finished their 20 overs with 159/6. Mushfiqur Rahim remained unbe𓆉aten on 72 as he missed out guiding his team to a win. Washington Sundar was the star bowler for India as he struck thrice in quick succession sending back Tamim Iqbal (27), Liton Das (7) and Soumya Sarkar (1) to the pavilion in powerplay overs.
Earlier, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma (89) led from the front and helped India post 176/3 against Bangladesh in the fifth match🐈 of the tri-seri🎃es.
Rohit, who was out of form for quite a long time, returned to the form and slammed his 13th fifty off 42 balls. Suresh Raina’s quick 47 also helped Team India in setting a fighting total on the board.
Here is how Twitter reacted to India’s win:

Very impressive from Washington Sundar. Looks a quick learner apart from being clever. Well done India on reaching the finals. Hitman back♏ in f🧔orm is great news as well.

The one quality needed to be successful 🥀as a spinner in T20s ab🌠ove everything else, is courage. Washington Sundar seems to have it.👏👏👏

This was one big knock Suresh R꧅aina had been searching for and it came at a critical juncture of the game with India’s run rate almost drifting away. Expect another one from in the Finals now
