VIDEO: KL Rahul becomes 1st Indian batsman to get out hit-wicket in T20Is

During the 4th T20I of Nidahas Trophy between Sri Lanka and India at R. Premadasa stadium in Colomboꦍ, KL Rahul be꧃came the first Indian batsman to be dismissed hit-wicket.

In the 10th over of the second innings which was bowled by Sri Lankan spinner Jeevan Mendis, Rahul moved back too far inside the creas🍒e in order to tuck the delivery towards leg-side but his back foot accidentally touched the stumps, making the bails fall.

The 25-year old departed after scoring 18 off 17. O🍸verall, Rahul has become the 10th batsman to be dismissed hit-wicket in T20Is.
