After the scandal, both Steve Smith and David Warner resigned from the captaincy for Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hy🐲derabad respectively for IPL 2018.
With both of them missing the IPL, news is out that another Australian player to miss the tournament. Fast bowler Mitchell Starc was rested f♛or the last test match against South Africa due to inj🔥uries. But later in an statement released by Cricket Australia on their website mentioned that Starc would be flying back to Australia as the injury was a tibial bone stress fracture in his right leg.
Starc was purchased by Kolkata Knight Riders for ₹9.4 crore. It is not a good news for KKR camp just a few days ahead of IPL. KKR will be allowed to 💟choose a replacement player from the Registered and Available Player Pool. They are set to play their first match on 8th April against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
