Kings XI Punjab retained David Miller during the IPL players auction held in Bengaluru. They used their Right To Match (RTM) card to get him in the squad for Rs 3 crore. Mumbai൲ Indians and Delhi Daredevils were bidding aggressively for the player and then, in the end, it was Mumꦉbai Indians, who clinched the deal.
However, the Preity Zinta co-owned franchise used the🎶ir RTM option to get Mille෴r back in the team.
David Miller is a perfect T20 batsman, who can control the innings and then, in the end, smash the bowlers out of the park as well. He has played 66 games in the IPL and has scored 1563 runs at an average of 35.52 and with a strike rate of 141.44. Preity Zinta was intelligent enough to not let her side’s star player go away.
