MS Dhoni on Wednesday achieved another landmark in his international c🌌areer by bec🅘oming the first Indian wicket-keeper to claim 400 dismissals in ODIs.
Dhoni claimed this record during the third OD𓆏I between South Africa and India at the Newlands Cricket Stadium in Cape Town.Becoming t💝he first Indian wicket-keeper to claim 400 dismissals, MS Dhoni is only the fourth cricketer in the world to have achieved this feat.
Other international players who have grabbed this tag 💮is𓂃 Kumar Sangakkara, Adam Gilchrist and Mark Boucher.
MSD claimed his 400 dismissals by sending South Africa’s stand-in skipper Aiden Markram back to the pavilion. The Ranchi lad has dismissed batsmen 294 times through catches while 106 by stumping.
Twitter was jubilant as Dhoni ❀bagged this record feat. The former India skipper is a crowd favourite, which was reflected in the affectionate tweets of Anil Kapoor, Harbhajan Singh and others.
