Indian captain Virat Kohli and opener Murali Vijay made a mockery of sub-par Sri Lankan attack with effortless centuries as India cruised to 371 for four on the first day of the third and final Test match♔ at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Delhi.
Kohli (unbeaten 156), who is on a record-breaking spree, smashed his 20th hundred in the company of Vijay (155) as they added 2🐷83 runs for the third wicket.
Sri Lankan chinaman bowler Lakshan Sandakan, however, raised the spirit of his side by having Vijay and the struggling Ajinkya Rahane (1) stumped in the space of four deliveries in the final session of the day’s play.
