India wicket-keeper batsman MS Dhoni pulled off something unusual on the field during the ജsecond T20I against New Zealand at Rajkot.
Dhoni turned into a gymnast when he did a f𓃲ull split on the crease in order to avoid getting stumped out.
The incident happened on the first ball of the 17th over in the second innings. With 73 needed off 24 balls, Dhoni tried to take on Mitchell Santner but he flighted the ball. Mahi was beaten by the bowler’s flight but managed to drag his back leg back into the crease and saved his wicket.
In an attempt to save his wicket, Dhoni ended up doing a fu♌ll split and almost fell backwards. He had to place his left hand behind him to balance himself as it could have given New Zealand wicketkeeper a chance to whip the bails off.
Cricket fans on Twitter found Dhoni’s act on the crease amusing as they turned it into trolls and jokes.
