Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has been in a terrific form in the longest format of the game both for India ꦅand also made a mark for his county side Worcestershire in England.
After a great sౠeason in the difficult English conditions, Ashwin is currently leading the bowling of his Ranji Trophy side Tamil Nadu back home.
The Yo-Yo test of late has been the hot topic of discussion. It has been widely reported that the fitness test remains a parameter for selection in the Indian team and only those who clear it are considered eligible. While a few famous names like Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina have failed Ashwin cleared his t🐭est at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore.
Ashwin wrote on his Twitte🎉r handle that he had got through t༒he test.
“Been a good trip to Bangalore, yo yo test done and dusted. Now #backtothegrind #RanjiTrophy2017 #teamtamilnadu,” Ashwin wrote.

In the Yo-Yo test, two sets of cones are placed 20m apart, creating two lines. The players have to run bet꧟ween the lines as the beep starts and turn once the beep becomes silent.
The pace of the beep increases after every minute so does the speꦉed of the cricketers; those wh✤o do not make the line on time will have to contend with more beeps.
