The🏅 Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has recently announced the annual contracts oಞf Indian cricketers.
The Indian board has doubled the retain♔er amount of the players in all the th𝓀ree grades- A, B and C.
The biggest surprise is the exclusion of India’s limited-overs specialist, Suresh Raina, from the list of 32 players. Though in the last 12 months, Raina hasn’t played much cricket for India but he was a part of the Indian team in the last T20I series against England. He played exceptionally well in all the 3 games but still couldn’t find his place in BCCI’s annual contract this year.
Another Indian ace cricketer, Harbhajan Singh, who is trying hard at the domestic level to make a comeback in the Indian team, was also ignored by BCCI in ꦰthe annual⭕ contracts 2017.
Well, Bhajji’s name didn’t disappoint cricket fans, since he at the domestic level, hasn’t given any spectacular performance to catch eye-balls of selectors.
Meanwhile, here are the ༺names of the 7 players, and their grades in the last contract, who missed out on BCCI’s annual contracts this year-
Suresh Raina – Grade B
Mohit Sharma – Grade C
Stuart Binny – Grade C
Varun Aaron – Grade C
Karn Sharma – Grade C
Harbhajan Singh – Grade C
Sreenath Aravind – Grade C
