Irfan Pathan recently, recalled an interesting incident when he was asked by a Pakistani girl that why was he playing for India, des꧂pite being a Muslim.
Irfan was answering questions at an event in Nagpur whe♔n he recalled this incident which happened in Lahore.
The cricketer replied to the girl’s question and said, “It is a matter of pride for me to play for India.”
Pathan said that this incident motivated him to keep striving 🌠to be better. But he also pointed out to the many other moments in his career that give him pꦇride.
The Baroda all-rounder added that the most memorable out of those is getting India cap from Sourav Ganguly on his debut during the Border-Gavaskaꦗr Trophy against Australia in🥂 2003.
