Irfan Pathan recently, recalled an interestin꧙g incident when he was asked by a Pakistani girl that why was he playing for India, despite being a Muslim.
Irꦿfan was answering questions at an event in Nagpur when he recalled this incident which happened in Laꦅhore.
The cricketer replied to the girl’s question and said, “It is a matter of pride for me to play for India.”
Pathan said that this incident motivated him to keep striving to be better. But he also pointed out to the many other꧟ moments in his career that give him pride.
The Baroda all-rounder added that the most memorable out of those is getting India cap from Sourav Ganguly o🐬n his debut du✱ring the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia in 2003.
