He surpassed former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly, who took 228 One day International innings to achieve this feat. The Proteas ba🐟tsman took 205 innings to reach this milestone. This was 23 in💫nings quicker than Ganguly.

De Villiers also holds the record for the fastest 50, fastest 100 and fastest 150 in ODI’s.
